The other two units are short term rentals. The studio is fully furnished with everything from towels to dishes, and we have a 30 day minimum stay. Next availability is from September 23rd 2024. July & August rent will be $4000, and $3000 other month's of the year. You will have access to the shared patio area with barbecue grills, fire pit, outdoor shower, seating and direct access to beach. Also, comes with assigned covered parking spot. Unit has recently been fully renovated with quartz counter tops, all newer stainless steel appliances and floors. Comes with a smart tv, queen size bed, pullout couch for guests and all the kitchenware you need. Max occupancy is 2 people.
